All recipes are vegan but you can easily substitute cow’s milk for the almond milk or butter for the non-dairy stuff. Why vegan cakes? Despite not being vegan (and loving all things Kerrygold), I’m a firm believer that vegan cakes just taste superior. Also? They hold up better and last longer (you know, in the event you come to cake club as a family of one).

Class details and zoom link will be emailed to you prior to class. The only thing you need to do is show up with a baked cake layer in tow.
