Cake of the Month
Join me for a virtual class and learn how to make my Cake of the Month (schedule below). Simply come to class with your cake layer baked (it needs at least two hours to cool), and we’ll make the rest of the components - and assemble the cake - together. You’ll leave class with an assembled cake and knowledge on how to make my signature cake cups with the leftover scraps.
To attend this class, you will need:
A Cake Club assembly kit
9×13” cake pan
Hand or stand mixer (to mix frosting)
Fine mesh sieve (to sift)
Please do not sign up for class if you do not have these things.
Come to class with your cake layer baked (it needs at least two hours to cool). We’ll make the rest of the components together. CotM recipes include a cake later, frosting, sauce/jam/etc., and a crunchy component.
