Join me for a virtual class to learn how to make my go-to chocolate cake with light chocolate frosting and salted dark chocolate ganache. Simply come to class with your cake layer baked (it needs at least two hours to cool) and we’ll make the rest of the components - and assemble the cake - together.

You’ll leave class with an assembled cake, multiple flavor options for future variations, and the skills necessary to whip up one of these bad boys on your own.

Classes start at 3PM MT and will be hosted on Zoom.
